On the first floor of the first tower resides Elyissa, a tiny Earth Myrsilkain - barely larger than a Sport herself - who has taken it upon herself to keep the records of the Clan, in good times and bad. With her, at almost all times, is the Savanna colored Drak, Yumiel, who takes it upon herself to play host and assistant to any children who come within the confines of the library.
The first floor is also where the duty rosters for the Clan guards are posted, and so there's always at least a few dragons walking through to look the sheets of paper over, or speaking with Elyissa about various things going on. Sometimes, she records what she's told - other times, not. But it seems, at least, that her small size doesn't deter the other Myrsilkains of the Clan, as she is greeted by one and all, even Voids.
When asked, she'll permit a visitor to look at some of her scrolls, though some she keeps locked away, perhaps at the request of the speaker, perhaps of her own violition. Several scrolls, though, are always open for visitors to look at, especially the records of the hatchings at the clan.
