The third floor of the third tower contains a small collection of books dedicated to what little is known about the Aiji Kamui, a relatively new race to have been discovered.
At the moment, there is no specific keeper for this floor, as there aren't that many librarians currently working. A small earth sprite can usually be found near the center of the floor, with orders to assist anyone who needs help.
