Ishrym

Ishrym will never take no for an answer. She's used to getting her way and doing whatever she wishes, when she wishes. In part, this is because Lesara spoils her horribly, but is also because she has the typical A'vredon vanity and pride (even though she's not A'vredon by birth!), and, honestly, who wants to say no to a determined dragoness?

All that aside, Ishrym focuses her stubborn will mostly upon research and discovery with Lesara. Her ability to find the hidden clue within piles of manuscripts is legendary, and even Lesara can't compete with her bond in that respect. No small part of Lesara and Tirval's discoveries is due to Ishrym's work, and the two A'vredons make sure to share the credit with her.
