Retsu Nioi

Retsu Nioi is a determined, focused dragon who knows what he wants and will do everything in his power to achieve that end. He refuses to take any disrespect, even from his own bond, and will make that plain to anyone who tries it.

He's confident in his abilities and enjoys what he does at Huifeng's side, but finds it deeply amusing that - despite being an Ice and therefore preferring small groups to large - he's still the more verbal of the two of them.
