Vallus is one of those eternally chipper people, whether it's the crack of dawn or midnight, his energy never falters and his enthusiasm for the world never dims. Combined with this chipperness is his optimism. The glass is not only half full, it's being refilled right now. Needless to say, he annoys a lot of people in Akelara. A. Lot. His only saving grace, in many people's minds, is the fact that Vallus is a very hard-working dragon, willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
