Tobias

Tobias would like to call himself the voice of reason in his friend group, but the truth of the matter is that he enjoys exploring and adventures just as much as the other two do; the main difference is that he has a sense of scale and an ounce of common sense that Idein and Shaltach tend to lack, so he absolutely knows when something is a terrible idea and also why it’s a terrible idea. This means that he’s often trying to talk them out of some of their wilder ideas — with varying amounts of success — and when that doesn’t work he’s often the person getting them out of their current issue with a minimum of further mishaps.

Tobias is a tall human male with light bronze skin, pale blue eyes, and slightly wavy black hair that he keeps long enough to brush his shoulders. He tends to look a bit disheveled all the time, not helped in the slightest by the way he tends to throw himself down on any available chair, couch, bench, or other flat surface and sprawl out.

In battle, Tobias typically wears a Gallente Scout Dropsuit, optimized for infiltration and stealth just like Idein and Shaltach. If the battle calls for it though, he switches to a Sentinel Dropsuit, a standard heavy-weight armor designed to wield heavy weaponry and decimate infantry or vehicles.

Out of battle, Tobias prefers to wear layered, rather fancy clothing with alternating colors, usually adding an unbuttoned knee-length jacket over top of it all.

Tobias became a DUSTer for lack of anything else interesting to do. He’s from an upper-class — and thus wealthy — family and grew up with all sorts of chances in front of him. Unfortunately, nothing really appealed to him, no matter how much his family tried to interest him in their various fields or in related ones. He likes physical activity and the chance to use his intelligence to solve problems, but every profession he dabbled in grew boring after a year or two.

At least as a DUSTer, he has Shaltach and Idein to constantly make his life… interesting.
