Tishase is a rather stoic dragoness, as fitting for the bond of the Emperor Lucas. She rarely shows her emotions in public, unless driven to extremes that usually result in the death of those who have made her lash out. Her passions, though slow to erupt, burn out quickly... luckily for the world as a whole, seeing as she is capable of destruction on a scale that even Lucas finds a bit intimidating at times. Though she will deny it to the end of her days, Tishase is also a bit of a player, and not just in her liasions with other dragons or humans. She enjoys manipulations, making other people hers, and generally controlling the population. She has no deep investment in the world around her, neither the deep seated hate and betrayal of Lucas, nor any more positive emotions - to her, the world exists simply because she allows it. Needless to say, with her bond being the Emperor of the World, Tishase will live just as long as her bond does, worshipped as the Empress Tishase. |

Psionics (Telepathy, Telekinesis) Verbal Speech Human-Dragon Spectrum Shifting -- The dragon can fully transform into a human guise, though its skin, hair and eyes reflect its natural colouration. Water Majyck -- The dragon is able to wield magic related to the summoning and control of water, however this effect invokes sensory dysphasia in those who are nearby at casting. They may experience the scent of sea-spray, hear the sound of running water, feel wet, taste water in a range from clear to briny, and see water droplets around the caster. Partial Shifting Abilities (Anything) -- The dragon can partially transform itself into another form, though it maintains some of its draconic traits. This is not limited towards humanoid shape-shifting. Radioactive & Biohazard Magic -- The dragon is capable of wielding great magic through the accumulation of radioactivity and biohazardous wastes. Functional Magic -- The dragon produces magic within their own body that aids in bodily functions, and which can be drawn off to create spells. Inflict Radioactive Poisoning -- The dragon can poison other beings with the effects of radioactivity, causing sickness and wounds and, ultimately, death. Healing Magic -- The dragon can knit wounds and heal sicknesses, though it cannot bring another back from death. |
