Fiksai is, much like her bond, an independent person, preferring to survive on her own merits rather than live surrounded by the rest of the Distrose. However, unlike her bond, Fiksai is actually a loner, not just someone who prefers to remain independent. She grew up in the forest surrounding their old Distrose, and has decided to remain in the forest in their new location, putting her skills and knowledge to the test in a new world with new creatures and challenges.

She is a proud sort, accepting no help but that from her bond, and that only because they've shared so much of their life with each other.

Fiksai is a Drakii, an anthropomorphic Drakkar that descended from their Drakkar ancestors a long time ago. Her hide is yellow (showing her heritage as a Lightning Drakii), her eyes are bright blue, and her claws on hands and feet are a dark golden color. As a Drakii, she has a short muzzle and a modified head-crest that only extends part-way up either side of her head, instead of going all the way around like a Drakkar's crest. This modified crest is more mobile, and tends to act much like bat ears, channeling sound down into her actual ears.

Fiksai has the highest ridge of her crest on both sides pierced with simple feather-and-beads earrings. She wears a necklace of a claw (one of her mother's claws, taken from the Drakii woman when she died as is traditional) about her neck, a simple loincloth made of wolf-hide tied with a belt from which hangs several bags that she uses to store anything that interests her. When not hunting in the woods, she wears a simple folded green cloth about her neck to mark her place as a Hunter, but when hunting that cloth is traded for a cloak that helps to disguise her bright yellow hide.
