Lozain Mei'Lerlande

Perceptive of the individual Matne is behind its protective antisocial wall, Lozain gets along with the sotiel without having to say much. They understand one another with the intimacy that only comes from being bonded and make a surprisingly good team. Lozain is the muscle to Matne's powerful mind, but also tends to act as its "translator", voicing the complex thoughts that Matne can psi only simply to restrain its own strength. Lozain is not particularly social and doesn't like to talk, himself, though he takes orders very well.

Lozain, despite being of Yautjadragon blood, has made his stance clear on the matter of the Minister of Security, in his own quiet way. He accepts his orders with the same calm as before, and executes them with the same efficiency and skill as ever. That Gavin is a queen has no bearing on the fact that Gavin is skilled, and the man has kept his hive in line (and more than in line! After all, Gavin's hive was instrumental in keeping some areas clear, and helping some people to safety) for years. While Lozain is unlikely to leave his post unless forced to, he and Matne will make life as much of a living hell as possible for any 'political figure' put in command of Security.
