Lyress follows Danaus. Lyress refuses to accept Theris'vani as a Queen. Lyress, for all her posturing and posing, is actually very content to exist as a warrior and not a Queen - she doesn't have the strength for it, she believes.

In other news, Lyress is a cunning foe to contend with. Relentless, undaunted by even the strongest of rivals, Lyress has been dubbed 'undying' within Koshi Keidai by 'friend' and foe alike, due to her sheer bloody persistance beyond what her body should be able to withstand. She and Vornast are constantly knocking heads due to their similar styles - both depend heavily upon tricks and traps to lay even the largest foe low - that keep both of them untouched by the other's machinations.
