Selat Laynaer

Laynaer often plays the nurturer to Iyurri's warrior, heading up the part of the Pride that keeps the dens comfortable, the kits healthy, and the hunters and protectors in one piece. He's also a bit of a loremaster himself, and carries many stories about in his head to entertain or distract at the drop of a hat. He's one of the best healers the Pride has, and can often be found teaching younglings how to use their skills to the best of their abilities. He's a very gentle-hearted Alevaharin, with a smile for everyone and a shoulder to cry on for those in need and, once given, he never breaks his word. It's not uncommon for the younger Alevas to come to him instead of Iyurri for aid.

In the rare times when Laynaer can take a break from being "The Selat", he can be found with his nose in a book (having learned many languages in his youth) or out exploring new places, trying to satisfy both his curiosity and his desire for new tales to tell.
