Ashurnoma

Ashurnoma is a pleasant young Welzi, with a playful streak that can sometimes get him in trouble - especially when he happens to "accidently" soak an important guest. His passion is exploration, though, and he spends much of his time away from the lake home that he has, exploring the lakes, rivers, and oceans that he can swim to, and speaking with any intelligent races that he finds there. He's greatly puzzled as to why there are so few intelligent races in the oceans - and, since he doesn't limit his descriptions of 'intelligent' to 'those who can communicate telepathically or build homes' he's incredibly confused as to why there seems to be nothing in the oceas over the intelligence level of an otter. And yet, there are so many undersea ruins...

Don't be deceived by the sleek build - these creatures are tough and fierce, built for speed through the water. And while they can survive on land, they prefer the waves, and have gills to allow complete submersion.
