::General:: Fearu is a strong, severe being. He maintains a stoic silence about him that gives off the impression that he never smiles-- and, indeed, he does so very rarely, usually wearing his expression of mild disapproval. He also rarely elects to speak, though his insights are often valuable and precise-- one has to coax them out of him, or else be one of the few beings he trusts. He seems apathetic, though in reality it's anything but-- he just rarely lets his emotions and inner thoughts cross into his body language and such. Needless to say, self-control is a concept much perfected by him, to the level where it's almost an art.
He's a dignified being, whose almost photographic memory and sharp intelligence rarely misses a beat, He remembers what he sees, whether or not he uses the knowledge later. And because he's very keen on not getting involved unless he needs to or the issue is personal, he isn't usually prone to divulging what he knows. He's a keeper of secrets; secrets are his middle name.
Likewise, if you want anyone to tell your secrets to, who won't tell them back, he's the one to go to. Always the impassioned listener, he won't reply or share his thoughts, but he will hear you out and remember.
Fearu operates on a very strict moral code. He believes primarily in balance, and that the loss of life throws that balance off. Thus, wherever he goes he heals and helps people in ways he can, from a distance or up close. When up close, however, he still seems to be at a distant, far away emotionally and everything.
He is very well-versed in various methods of magic, and also symbols and magical theory. He often adorns himself in these symbols, his favorite of which are the bells, which he often uses for practical purposes, as well.
